Once your order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled. If you run into any issues, please reach out — we’re always happy to help where we can.
A custom order is any bracelet made to a specific size selected by you, making it uniquely yours.
Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, custom orders valued at $200 or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local couriers, or busy seasonal periods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

• We’re unable to cover or refund any customs or import fees
If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we may — at our discretion — refund the item price only, minus return shipping and courier costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a package is abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees, unfortunately no refund can be issued.

When I ordered two Ireland flag bracelets, I didn’t reference the very precise measuring guidelines provided, and ended up with the wrong size. When I asked for a return, Bran responded personally the very next day, and offered several remedies, all of them good. The bracelets are so well made, I decided to keep the two for my grandsons, and ordered three more. Five stars insufficient to rate the products and the craftsmen,

The easiest way to clean it is simply to leave it on when you do your regular laundry. We recommend placing it inside a sock or a small laundry bag and washing it with your clothes on a normal cycle. Just let it air dry afterward.
