  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  • Return Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Custom Orders Over $200 โ€“ Final Sale Policy

A custom product is defined as any bracelet where the customer selects a specific size, making it uniquely tailored to their request.

  • Due to their personalized nature, custom products valued at $200 or more are final sale and non-refundable.
  • These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold, as they are made specifically for the customerโ€™s selected size and cannot be repurposed.

We ship worldwide! Here are the estimated delivery times:

Customs, Duties & Import Fees โ€“ Buyerโ€™s Responsibility

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and government-imposed fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for any government-imposed import fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country upon arrival.
  • If customs fees apply, you must pay them directly to the shipping provider (e.g., UPS) before receiving your order.
  • If you refuse to pay import fees, we are not liable for the package, and no refund will be issued.
  • If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for the item price only, minus any return shipping costs and courier fees. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the package is abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be provided.
