We want you to truly love your bracelet. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Timeframe
• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery

Cancellations
Once your order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled. If you run into any issues, please reach out — we’re always happy to help where we can.


Custom Orders Over $200 – Final Sale

A custom order is any bracelet made to a specific size selected by you, making it uniquely yours.

Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, custom orders valued at $200 or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’re unsure about sizing or have any questions before placing a custom order, feel free to contact us — we’re more than happy to help you choose confidently.


Shipping & Delivery 🚚

We ship worldwide from our small family workshop in Ireland 🇮🇪

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

📦 Ireland, USA & Canada: usually 3–8 working days
📦 Europe: usually 2–4 working days
📦 Rest of the World: typically 4–11 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local couriers, or busy seasonal periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees 🌍

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or government-imposed fees are the responsibility of the buyer
• These charges are set by local authorities and must be paid directly to the courier (e.g. UPS)
• We’re unable to cover or refund any customs or import fees

If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we may — at our discretion — refund the item price only, minus return shipping and courier costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees, unfortunately no refund can be issued.
